Delivery Policy

We currently offer local delivery within Toronto on weekends, with a flat delivery fee of $20.

All arrangements are carefully prepared and dispatched within our designated delivery window. While we do our best to accommodate preferred timing, exact delivery times are not guaranteed.

Recipient Availability

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the recipient is available at the time of delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable:

• The arrangement will be returned to our studio

• It may be picked up in person during business hours, or

• Re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability

Please note:
No refunds will be issued for the arrangement or the original delivery fee in these cases.

Re-Delivery Policy

Re-delivery requests are available:

• Same-day (if within our delivery window), or

• Next-day, based on availability

Additional delivery fees will apply.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh florals, Fiorella is not liable for the condition of arrangements following a failed delivery attempt.

If a second delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

• A third delivery will require full repurchase of the arrangement, in addition to a new delivery fee
